Rodney enjoyed working as a mason in California and for BFH Masonry with his father. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his work, often pointing out the several places he had helped to build around the Quad-Cities.

Survivors include his mother; father; daughter, Brandi; son, Eric; special "son", Thomas; and special friend. Theresa. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
