She enjoyed attending church, reading her bible and doing arts and crafts. She was a member of the Stinnett Pentecostal Church & had previously attended Wagner Ford Church of God in Dayton, Ohio. Madelyn was a resident of Dayton, Ohio for most of her life & had been resident of Leslie Co. for the past 20 years. Mrs. Madelyn Rose Davis was preceded in death by her parents, her loving and devoted husband: Ernest H. Davis, Step-Son: Harold Rick Davis, son-in-law:David Roberts, Grandson: Joseph David "Joey" Roberts, Great Grandson: David Jared Asher, two sisters: Myrtle Long Adams, Infant: Lillian Long, six brothers & four sisters.
