Sharon K. Babcock, 70, of Napoleon, Ohio died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at the Golden Living Center in Napoleon, Ohio. She was born December 4, 1939 to the late Victor and Mildred (Kistner) Branthoover.
On January 4, 1958, she married Richard L. Babcock, who preceded her in death on June 23, 1999.
Sharon was an insurance clerk for Doctors Dye and Koskela and later, Doctor Flora all in Napoleon. She retired in 1980. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Napoleon and its Women's Missionary Union. She was the organist and pianist at the church for many years. She also was a former CCL member.

She is survived by her children, Terri (Gregg) Winseman and Scott (Carryl) Babcock both of Napoleon, Ohio; and Steve (Pam) Babcock of Edgerton, Ohio; 4 grandsons; and 2 great grandchildren; and a sister, Vicki Lyons of Sebastian, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Napoleon. Interment will follow at Hockman Cemetery in McClure, Ohio.

Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the Rodenberger Funeral Home in Napoleon and Saturday 1 hour prior to services at the church. The family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church or to the Golden Living Center/Northcrest Activity Fund.
