Mr. Jack Medley Woodard, age 70 of Dixon Springs, TN passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Riverview Regional Medical Center in Carthage, TN.
Jack was born September 6, 1944 in Buffalo Valley, TN the son of the late Sylvester Buck Woodard and Gracie Medley.
He was preceded in death by his Son; Roger Medley Woodard, Mother; Gracie Medley Woodard, Father; Sylvester Buck Woodard, Nephew; Jerry Bennett, and Niece; Linda Gail Bow. He worked as a mechanic for several years.
Mr. Woodard is survived by his Daughter: Laura Woodard Halliburton of Lebanon, TN, Granddaughter; Nakkia (Jim) Mans of Bon Aqua, TN, Companion; Carolyn Harville of Dixon Springs, TN, Sister; Bobbie J. Bennett, Niece; Tammy Bennett, and Nephew; Billy R. Bennett. He is also survived by Several Great Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Woodard are scheduled to be conducted Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 1PM at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes. Bro. Ray Swicegood will officiate and Interment will follow in the Rock Springs Cemetery.
Visitation with the Woodard family will be held at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Wednesday from 3PM to 8 PM and on Thursday after 10AM until service time at 1PM.
