Services for Eva Icel Bryant, 71, Danville, were Thursday, June 18, in Wingler Funeral Home, Coatesville. Rev. Ted Miller officiated, with burial in Mill Creek Cemetery. The daughter of Harry and Velma Wylie Pounds, she was born April 6, 1921 in Boone County. She married Clifford "Tip" Bryant October 4, 1941 and he survives. Mrs. Bryant, a member of Amo Baptist Church, had been a telephone operator at Reilly Tar and Chemical Corporation. Previously she was a production worker for BHT Manufacturing and worked in the billing department of Public Service Indiana. Mrs. Bryant died Tuesday, June 16, in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Surviving with her husband are daughter, Jo Cordray; son, Larry Bryant; brothers, John and Norman Pounds; sister, Clara Robinson; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
