Mrs. Nettie Moore Succumbs to Heart Attack
Prentiss friends were grieved to learn of the sudden passing of Mrs. Nettie Tyrone Moore, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G. O. Purvis, of Georgetown, Saturday afternoon. She was apparently enjoying her usual health at noon Saturday, but suffered a heart attack in the mid afternoon and lived only a short while.
Funeral services were held from Mt. Pleasant Church in Simpson county at 10 A. M. Monday. Among those attending from Prentiss were her grandchildren, Mrs. Alpha Neely, Mrs. Ralph Harris, Mrs. Ed Speights, her son-in-law, Mr. Claude Sutton, Mrs. M. C. Tyrone and Mrs. Robert Tyrone.
She is survived by the following children: C. O. Moore, Long Beach, California; W. D. Moore, Mrs. Will Little and Mrs. G. D. Purvis of Georgetown, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
