Connie Lee Morrison, 60, of Winchester, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family after a brief bout with cancer, on Saturday, October 11, 2014.

She was born on January 29, 1954 in Greenville, Ohio to the late Ray B. and Wanda E (Farr) Peden. She lived in Ohio and Michigan until moving to Indiana in 1960. She worked for several area retail merchants for the past 10 years.

She is survived by her three children, Rex (Katie) Morrison of Muncie, Jenny (Jason) Stults of Albany, and Laurie Morrison of Whiteland; seven grandchildren, Derek, Drew, Shelby, Casey, Cody, Ashley, and Blake; two sisters, Kathy (J.B.) Jennings of Union City, Tennessee, and Rose (Kurt) Whitesel of Lynn; a brother, Mike (Linda) Peden of Union City, Indiana; a special friend, Phil Frazier of Winchester; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family my gather to celebrate her life from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, IN. There will be no public funeral. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
