Wilma Inez Toney Ray, 82, of 451 Hicks Hill Road, Lawndale, died Monday, August 9, 2010 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Born in Cleveland County on March 9, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Warren Toney and Mozelle Hoyle Toney. She retired from the City of Shelby as a clerk for the Electric and Water Departments.
She is survived by three sons, Alexander Ray of Indianapolis, Indiana, Don Ray of St. Joseph, Illinois, Doug Ray of Lakeland, Florida; a daughter, Toni Wyncoop of Lakeland, Florida, two sisters, Patsy Gaskey of Lawndale, Julia Baxter of Shelby, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Burial: The Burial will be private.
