Eddie J. Heimann, age 81 of Garland, TX, passed away October 11, 2014 in Mesquite, TX. He was born August 1, 1933 in Fredericksburg, TX, to Edgar John & Veda Elizabeth (Woodward) Heimann. Eddie served his country proudly in the United States Army and worked in the trucking industry as a driver. He is survived by his daughters: Mary Skoritowski & husband Edward and Debra Heimann; sons: Jimmy Heimann and David Heimann & wife Lisa; brother: Wayne Heimann; sister: RoseEllen Johnson; grandchildren: Lavern, Mark, Amy, Melinda, Kaylee, Jimmy Joe (JJ), Bryan, David, Jaime and Robert; eight great grandchildren; his BF and Bud: Radar; family friend: Kelly Ordonez; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Eddie was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jane A. Heimann, and son, Eddie J. Heimann II.
