Michael E. “Mike” Corso, 51, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, died October 9, 2014, at Colorado Acute Hospital in Denver.

He was born December 6, 1962, in Cheyenne to Bernard and Billie Corso. He married Cathy Bardgett on July 29, 2006, in Cheyenne. He was a Web Programmer for the State of Wyoming. He previously served in the US Navy during Operation Desert Storm as a submarine missile technician from 1984 to 1993.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Holy Trinity Men’s Association, 4th “Degree Knights of Columbus, and a former Faithful Navigator He also served as a board member of Cheyenne Little Theatre, Laramie County Shooting Complex, and an instructor for the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Corso of Cheyenne; daughters, Rachael Corso of Cheyenne, Shyan (Roger Frankenstein) Corso of Cheyenne, Annie Harrington of Casper, Amy Hendershot of Casper, Jennifer Hendershot of Casper, and Holly Hendershot of Casper; mother, Billie Corso of Cheyenne; sisters, Carolyn (Rod) Kraft of Riverton, Barbara (Mike) Clegg of Rawlins, and Janet (Kraig) Howe of Boise, ID; grandchildren, Isabelle “Bucket”, Harold, Jeannine, Jordan, Royce and Xander; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Corso.
