Randy Darrell Jenkins, 56, of the Stecoah Community went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at his residence. He was the son of the late Floyd A. and Inez J. Jenkins. Randy was an active member of the Stecoah Rescue Squad and enjoyed the time he spent working with his fellow Squad members. His family would also like to offer a special “thank you” to his church, Unity Missionary Baptist Church, for all of the love and compassion they have shown to Randy throughout his illness. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Anderson Jenkins; his brother, Marshall Jenkins of Stecoah, NC; his nephews, Andy Jenkins, Jim Jenkins, and Tom Jenkins; and his special friends and caregivers, Virginia Shuler, Martha Jenkins, and Martha Atwell.
