Mariah was the daughter of Ezekial and Celia Greenway Bird. Mariah married Miles Jones in Jefferson County Georgia in 1840. Miles died near Richmond, Virginia during the War of Northern Aggression, better known to some as the War Between the States. She later married a Perkins in Johnson County GA.
