MARTIN ZUNIGA
Martin Zuniga of Fresno passed away on Monday, March 20, 2006, at the age of 83.
He retired as a Forklift Driver for Sun-Maid Growers of California.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Zeferino and Vicenta Zuniga; son Vicente; brothers Benito, Leandro, Juan and Rito; and sisters, Isabel Saenez and Marcela Castillo.
He is survived by his wife Carmen; his sons Zeferino and Manuel; daughters, Maria Z. Vasquez and Esther Zuniga; sisters, Josefina Vasquez, Amelia Gomez and Juanita Alanis; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grand children; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home on Thursday, March 23, 2006, from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a Recitation of the Rosary at 7:30 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on "O" St. in Sanger on Friday, March 24, 2006, at 11:30 a.m., with interment at Sanger Cemetery.
