On June 15, 1974, she was married at St. Gabriel Church to Michael D. Greene of Connersville.
For several years, she was employed at Philco-Ford and at the City Restaurant.
She was a member of St. Gabriel Church. In her leisure, she enjoyed bowling, crocheting, camping, writing to her pen pals and riding her motorcycle.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-seven years, Michael D. Greene of Connersville, her daughter, Jessica Greene and fiancee Joner Michael Tackett, Sr. of Connersville, two grandchildren, Erin Tackett and Joner Michael Tackett, Jr., both of Connersville, three sisters, Rosemary A. Back of Connersville, Diane Edgell of Connersville and Brenda Morris and her husband Rich of Huntington, Indiana, four brothers, Bill Savoy and his wife Robin of Hamilton, Ohio, John Savoy and his wife Phyllis of Connersville, David Savoy and his wife Becky of Madison, Alabama and Michael Savoy and his wife Lori of Connersville. She was also blessed with a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Teresa Linda Savoy.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, July 1, 2011 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley J. Herber, officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 AM Friday until the time of the service.
