Cynthia Louise "Cindy" Fuller, 42, of Frankford passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born September 13, 1968 in Clifton Forge, Va, she was a daughter of Seldon "Heavy" and Annie E. Legg Fuller of Frankford. She was preceded in death by a brother, George Andrew Fuller. She is survived by her parents, Seldon "Heavy" Fuller and Annie E. Legg Fuller of Frankford; special cousin, Rebecca Johnson of Renick; niece, Hanna Fuller of Nitro; nephew, Aaron Fuller of Nitro; caretaker, Vicki Ray of Crawley; and other caretakers. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Lewisburg, with the Rev. Phillip Hickman and the Rev. David Fuller officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to Frankford United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, c/o Annabelle McMillion, HC 30 Box 17, Caldwell, WV 24925.
