Mrs. Anna Lee Newell, 50, York Springs R.2., died Sunday morning at 1:15 o'clock at her Tyrone Twp. home after a long illness.
She was born in Adams County and daughter of the late Denton Fissel and Agamae Bealty Fissel. She had worked for 15 years at the Musselman plant at Biglerville and had lived in Tyrone Twp. for the last 23 years.
Surviving are her husband: William; a son: Charles at home; three sisters: Mrs. Paul Hentkelman of Colorado; Mrs. Glenn Suddarth of Baltimore; Mrs. Ralph Gladhill of Frederick, Md.; Another son: Robert, who lived near York Springs, died April 27.
