OSAGE CITY - Services will be Monday at United Methodist Church in Auburn for Francis Leon Stahl, 86, Osage City, who died Thursday morning at his home following a long illness.
He was born July 31, 1889 at Auburn and had lived there most of his life. He operated a locker plant and general store in Auburn for many years. He attended Washburn University and Kansas State University. He was a member of Auburn United Methodist Church.
He was married to Helen Case. She died in October of 1962. Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery. Carey Funeral Home in Burlingame is in charge of arrangements.
