Diane was born April 2, 1948 in Timothy, the daughter of George Jr. and Faye Kemper Lewis. She married Dana Duvall on April 21, 1978: he preceded her in death on April 3, 2008.
She worked in the payroll department at Moore Business Forms for more than 20 years and was a member of Plum Grove Church. She loved reading and spending time with her grandkids, and she always enjoyed time together with her family.
Diane is survived by two sons, Rodney Duvall and Darrin (Tiffani) Duvall; two daughters, Tiffani (Dave) Cutright and Andrea (Tony) Haga; grandchildren, Logan and Austin Cutright, Jordan, Taylor, Jaida, and Jeb Haga, Riley, Everett, and Maverick Duvall; two great-grandchildren due in December and March; two brothers, Jim (Connie) Lewis and John Lewis; two sisters, Peggy (Dave) Reese and Mary (Scott) Jewel; a sister-in-law, Joyce Duvall; and a brother-in-law, Harold Dean Cox.
Funeral services were held at 10am on Friday, October 3, at Barkley Funeral chapel. Burial was in Harmony Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Greenup Library.
