Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Rosemary Nickerson Robinson, age 86, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the Springhill Cemetery, Springhill, LA, with Chaplain William "Buster" Bailey officiating. Services are under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Mrs. Robinson was born on October 15, 1927 to William Wallace and Valeria Gandy Nickerson in Minden, LA and passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014 in Springhill, LA. She was a member of the Methodist faith, a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, James Richard Robinson; two daughters, Becky Sanders of Taylor, AR, Tracie Boucher of Springhill, LA; two sons, Bruce Robinson and wife, Linda; Steve Robinson and wife, Jennifer all of Taylor, AR; nine grandchildren, Matt Sanders of Dallas, TX, Wendy Sanders of Taylor, AR, Danielle McWilliams and husband, Robby of Shreveport, LA, B. J. Robinson and wife, Gina of Benton, LA, Nicholas Robinson and Sarah Robinson, both of Taylor, AR, Valerie Robinson, Callie Deaver and husband, Casey of Springhill, LA; Stephanie Robinson and a host of great-grandchildren. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her parents.
