Rebecca Duncan "Becky" Langley, 67, resident of 114 Rutledge Road, wife of John Dixon Langley, died October 9, 2014 at Self Regional Healthcare Center.

Born in Staunton, VA, July 4, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Alton and Anna Ramsey Duncan. Mrs. Langley was a graduate of Greenwood High School, Class of 1965, and Self Memorial Hospital Nurses Training Program. She was formerly employed with the Montgomery Center in Greenwood.

A member of Emerald Baptist Church, she was also a member of the Morning Glory Garden Club. Mrs. Langley formerly served on the Self Regional Healthcare Board of Directors along with planning committees for the Midwinter Hospital Ball and Madame Curie Society of the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a Goddaughter, Donet Morf of Clinton; a brother, Joe Duncan and wife Bonnie Sue of Asheville, NC and three nephews; Jody, Mike and Rick Duncan.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon Saturday from the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Chris Leonard and Mr. David Watkins officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Whatley, David Watkins, Emory Dillion, Jim Moneyhun, Craig White and Dr. Tommy Stoddard.

The family is at the home in Forest Hill and will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 Friday evening.
