On October 3rd, 2014 God called a beautiful soul home, to be a guardian angel. It is with heart breaking sadness that the loving family of Ernest Charles Decker announces his passing.. Ernie was born in Sussex County, NJ to the late Warren S. Decker and late Mae R. Belcher on May 14th, 1954.
He was preceded in death by two beautiful sisters; Evelyn Decker and Peggy L. Decker.
Ernie's memory will continue to carry on through the love of his family, wife: Bonnie M. Decker, sister: Theresa M. Decker-Simms, children: Micheal T. Daly, Shawn C. Decker, Laura M. Decker-McGeeney, Melissa N. Decker, four brilliant grandchildren and his dearly loved friend and partner Stacey L. Sobolak.
We would like to invite everyone to share an afternoon of heart warming memories, food and drinks at Ernie's Celebration of life being held from 12 to 4pm at Jake's on Elk Lake in Waymart, Pa Saturday October 11th, 2014. Burial services will be graveside 1pm Monday October 13th, 2014 at North Hardyston Cemetery Hamburg, NJ.
