Born in Clayton, OK to Elijah and Deliah Jackson. Moved to California 1942.
Leo was preceded in death by his mother and father, four sisters, five brothers and two step sons and his beloved wife, Emma Gene, of 47 years.
He is survived by one sister, his daughter, her husband; his step son, his wife, his stepdaughter, nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
