She was born in Springfield on February 25, 1938, to Ralph and Mary Jane (Phillips) Williams. Wanda was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband: Lawrence F. Norman.
Wanda is survived by her children: Ron Graham, Debra Burton, Robert Graham, Brenda Bryson, Mike Brixey, Randy Randalls, and Teresa Vice, 24 grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers.
