His death Pennsylvania Death Certificate #63630 says he was a 29 year old lineman for the Philadelphia Electric Company. It says he died at St. Agnes Hospital in the city of Philadelphia. The informant Mary P. Durbin of 3015 swore that the information she gave was true to the best of her knowledge. The document says that his parents were Joseph R. and Ellen (______) Durbin, both Kentucky native. An inquest was held by the Coroner Wm R. Knight, Jr and determined that the cause of his death was not contagious. Oliver H. Bair, 1800 Christy was the undertaker in charge of sending his body to Chicago, Kentucky for burial.
