Edmund J. Breider, 72, of 418 Park Lane, Mishicot, died unexpectedly September 15, 1988, at his residence.

Mr. Breider was born February 17, 1916, in the Town of Mishicot, son of the late Edmund and Stella Besdek Breider. He married Florence Novachek on July 4, 1940, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. Mr. Breider was manager of Twin River Co-op until retiring. He was also an agent for Mutual Service Insurance Company.

Survivors include his wife, Florence of Two Rivers; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Bruce and Anne Breider of Ohio, E.J. Breider of New Jersey and Jon Breider of Milwaukee; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Patricia Floyd of Maine, Penny and Jim Chefalo of Massachusetts, and Pamela and Tim Henchel of Milwaukee; three brothers, Harold Breider of Two Rivers, John Breider of Madison, and Norbert Breider of Phoenix; three sisters, Sister Joan Breider of Apple Valley, California, Mrs. Mary Rose Laratta of Sun City, Arizona, and Mrs. Joan Amergos of Westchester, Illinois; and five granddaughters, Stephanie, Loretta and Lydia Breider, Jessica Floyd and Erica Henchel.

Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, 4 p.m to 8 p.m. Monday.
Private family services will be held Tuesday by Msgr. James Feely and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mishicot.
