Mrs. Bernard (Florence) Baugniet, 76, of 521 Church St., Mishicot, died at Two Rivers Community Hospital late Thursday evening, August 30, 1990 due to lung cancer. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Monday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot, Rev. James Feely will officiate and burial of the cremains will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
She was born September 26, 1913 at Two Rivers, daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Bayeske Kotchi. She married Bernard Baugniet May 30, 1940 at Spring Valley, Wis. They later moved to Mishicot where she engaged in the mink raising business with her husband. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and Altar Society.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Gilbert Adams of Milwaukee, Joy and Michael Schmitt of Marshall, Wis.; three grandchildren, Kerry and Kristine Schmitt and Michelle Adams; two brothers, Jerome and Albert Kotchi, both of Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Frances Kretz of Citrus Heights, Calif.; five sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law. She was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, 4 pm to 8 pm Sunday where a memorial service will be at 7:30 pm.
