ROSE BAUGNIET
Mrs. Eli Baugniet, 72, of Rt. 1, Mishicot, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at her home at 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Specht Funeral Home, Mishicot, and at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot, the Rev. George F. Beth officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mishicot.
Mrs. Baugniet, nee Rose Zeman, was born in the Town of Kossuth on Feb. 6, 1884, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Zeman Sr. She was married at Manitowoc
on July 19, 1910, to Eli Baugniet, after which they settled on a farm in the Town of Mishicot. The couple retired in 1943 and took up their residence in a home near the village of Mishicot.
Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Roland Kumbalek of Mishicot; two sons, Florenz and Bernard of Mishicot; a sister, Mrs. Joseph Pudil of Milwaukee; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday.
