Dale Dean Palmer, 81, of Flagstaff, died Oct. 2, 2014.

Services will be held Wednesday at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church, 1600 E. Route 66. Holy Rosary will begin at 10 a.m. followed by Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m., and concluding with burial at Citizens Cemetery.

Mr. Dale Dean Palmer, 81, of Flagstaff, AZ passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014.

Dale was born April 10, 1933 in St. Charles, MN. He served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955 during the Korean Conflict. He was supervisor of maintenance for TWA for 33 years, retiring in 1987. He was awarded TWA man of the year and multiple perfect attendance awards. Dale was a member of the American Legion and the Good Sam RV Club. He was a guitar player, golfer, dancer, woodworker, and enjoyed fishing and playing cards.

He is survived by his wife, Luella J. Palmer, daughter Tina Marie Eyraud (Flagstaff) stepdaughters: Sharlene McNeil (Chandler, AZ), Karen McNeil (Tempe, AZ), Joan (Thierry) Simondet (Parker, CO), Stepsons: Patrick (Margaret) McNeil (Canberra, Aust), Timothy (Diana) McNeil (Gray, TN), sisters: Elaine Palmer, Darlene Wood, Nola Petersen, nieces & nephews, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Dale was preceded in death by Keith Palmer (brother), Evelyn Palmer (mother), Mickie Palmer (first wife) and Kermit Palmer (father).

Services will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church 1600 E. Route 66, Flagstaff, AZ. The Holy Rosary will begin at 10:00 am followed by the memorial Mass at 10:30, followed by burial at Citizens Cemetery. Veterans honors will be provided by Flagstaff veterans organizations.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to San Francisco de Asis Building Fund or The American Red Cross.
