January 17, 1925, at the age of sixty-six years. He was baptized into the Methodist Church at Forest Academy, Hopkins County, Texas at about 30 years of age.
Mr. Jennings is survived by his wife, "Mattie", five sons and three daughters, all of whom were with him at his death except one son who left a few hours before death came.
Beside his immediate family, Mr. Jennings is survived by the following brothers and sisters:

A brief funeral service was held at the home conducted by Rev. Starr, pastor of the Faxon Methodist Church, and burial was made in Faxon Cemetery under the direction of A. D. Cummins, of Chattanooga, Oklahoma, undertaker.
