She was the beloved wife of the late David Jeffery Powers (d.1999); mother of David Paul Powers and Elizabeth Marie Powers; sister of Pauletta Caldwell and Terri Stinson; grand daughter of Mattie Pennington and Irene Caldwell; aunt of Jessica Stinson and Vincent Powers; niece of Ephraim Pennington, Gary Pennington, Paul Pennington, Curtis Pennington, Regina Pennington, Dale Powers, Theodore Caldwell, Jerome Caldwell and Janet Warran.
A funeral service will be offered at 11:00AM on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania 19348. Visitation with the family will be from 9:30AM until 11:00AM at the funeral home.
Burial will follow the funeral service in Auburn Regular Baptist Cemetery, 500 Auburn Road, Landenberg.
