Mr. Ragland passed away Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born Oct. 21, 1988, in Cookeville to Randy Ragland and Angie Sisco.
Mr. Ragland was a factory worker at Eaton. He was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Earl Douglas Stafford, and his grandfather, Neal Pharris.
He is survived by his father, Randy (Lisa) Ragland of Whitleyville, Tenn.; mother, Angie Sisco of La Vergne, Tenn.; one brother, David Reecer of Smyrna, Tenn.; two sisters, Nikki Ragland of Whitleyville and Hailey Sisco of Smyrna; paternal grandparents, Haskell and Betty Ragland of Gainesboro, and Patty Pharris of Whitleyville; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Stafford of Gainesboro; and several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Shannon Hammock and Jimmy Anderson will officiate the services.
