Judith Kay Adkins, 61, of Mansfield died Sunday morning September 16, 2007 at her home. She was born March 31, 1946 in Logan, Ohio to Henry & Sarah Shoffer Adkins. Judith was a member of Wyandotte Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Beecher Adkins of Mansfield; daughter, Cosetta R. Adkins of Norwalk; two sons, Joe H. Adkins of Michigan and Gary G. & Teresa Adkins of Galion; nine grandchildren, Heath, Derek, Damian, Kyle, Ryan, Christopher, Curtis, Elyse and Caden; six great grandchildren; six sisters, Evelyn & Bob Simmons of Mansfield, Sandy & Anthony Christo of Johnsville, Linda & Allen Bartram of Mansfield, Arlene Duncan of Mansfield and Betty & Ed Crose of Mansfield; three brothers, Robert Adkins, Bernie & Loretta Adkins and Henry Dean Adkins all of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings; Clinton Adkins, Darlene Adkins, Lilah Kinnison and Clyde Sonny Adkins.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Tuesday September 18, 2007 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday September 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Pastor Brian Phillips. Burial will be held in Springmill Cemetery. Following the services, friends and family are invited to Wyandotte Free Will Baptist Church for a time of food and fellowship.
