Services for Jesse Thomas Blount, Jr., age 66, will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at 11 A.M. in Williams Funeral Home Chapel, Milledgeville. Burial in West View Cemetery. Mr. Blount died Sunday, June 6, 2004 in a Macon hospital.
Mr. Blount, a lifelong resident of Milledgeville, was the son of the late Jesse Thomas Blount, Sr. and the late Mabel Osborne Blount. He was retired from Rheem Manufacturing Plant in Milledgeville.
Syrvivors include four daughters, Cathy Blount of Milledgeville, Teresa Moore and Renee Jackson both of Macon, Sheri Jelinek of Michigan; son, Michael Blount of Eatonton; adopted son, Zack Blount of Milledgeville; sisters, Dorothy Manning of Haddock and Mary Mills of Milledgeville; brother, Donald Blount of Milledgeville; five grandchildren, Rhonda Spillers and Shawn Blount of Milledgeville, Clay Blount of Greensboro, Crystal Blount and Jessica Blount both of Germany; one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
