He Breathes His Last Yesterday Afternoon

Yesterday afternoon at half past 3 o'clock, Hon. Hiram Griswold died after an illness of only a few days.
Judge Griswold was seventy-four years of age and has been a member of the bar for fifty-three years. He came to Leavenworth from Cleveland, Ohio, in 1863, and has for a number of years been register in bankruptcy, having been appointed by Chief Justice Chase, which position he held at the time of his death...
