Marilyn was raised and educated in Parshall. She married Eugene C. Warner on June 30, 1943, in Minot. The couple made their home in Minot and raised two daughters. Marilyn worked for several area doctors as a receptionist and later as a desk clerk at the Holiday Inn. After retirement she moved to Washington.
Marilyn is survived by: daughters, Carol (Gary) Becktold, of Snohomish, Wash., and Deborah Phelps, of Murrieta, Calif.; four granddaughters, Kimberly Ostlund, Bridget Gray, Amy Sullivan and Nicole Parks; and nine great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Marilyn was preceded in death by: Eugene in 1960; her parents; two sisters and four brothers.
Graveside service: Friday, Sept. 26, at 11 a.m., in Section 16 at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
