Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at Jones & Son Chapel at Richton, for Mr. Roland Bruce Curry, Sr., 57, of Moss Point, MS who passed away October 2, 2014 at Singing River Hospital. Bro. David Aultman will officiate at the services with burial in the County Line Cemetery at Ovett.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Moody, Dylan Moody, Tyler Childress, David Fisher, Jack Jones, Mickey Gould, and alternates, Hiser Gould and Josh Jackson.
Mr. Curry was preceded in death by his parents Rogelio “Roy” and Vernon Pheno Curry; sister, Anna and niece, Kimberly.
He is survived by his wife, Jannell Curry of Moss Point; son, Roland Bruce (Cathy) Curry, Jr.; daughters, Tonya (Louis) Childress of Ocean Springs, Janice (Chris) Moody of Lucedale, and Becky Anderson of Ocean Springs; sister, Kathy Johnson of Ocean Springs; seven grandchildren, Tyler Childress, Halie Childress, April Curry, Christian Curry, Logan Curry, Brian Moody, and Dylan Moody.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. October 7, 2014 at Jones & Son Funeral Home at Richton.
