Mr. Carnes is survived by his wife, Donna Carnes; sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy & Sharon Carnes and Ed & Becky Carnes; grandchildren, Julie Carnes; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florine Carnes; parents, Thomas & Alice Carnes; 4 brothers; 1 sister; and several half brothers and sisters.
Mr. Carnes was a retired attorney, serving this area for many years. He was also a Veteran of the United States Army.
