Morris West, age 68, passed away October 2, 2014 at NHC. He was a native of Palastine, IL, lived in Atlanta most of his life and recently moved to Murfreesboro. He graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University and worked for 35 years at Provident Music Group.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Shirley West; sister-in-law, Shirley West. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda West; son, Derric (Rachel) West of Murfreesboro; daughter, Dana (Anthony) Gunsallus of Snellville, GA; brothers, Ron West and Jerry (MJ) West; grandchildren, Sariah and Logan West, Zion and Genesis Tercero, Ayden, Olivia, Talia and Ryan Gunsallus; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Chapel service will be Monday, October 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
