Lizzie Lungi and John Teto were married on March 24, 1869 in Pattijoki, Saloinen, Oulu Laani, Finland, and emigrated to the United States in November, 1882 where they took up residence in Osceola, Houghton County Michigan. The 1910 census lists them in Peterborough, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. John subsequently moved to Fitchburg, Worcester County, Massachusetts after the death of Lizzie in 1913.
