Timothy Scott Garner was born on May 16, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri to James and Hilda (Rhoades) Garner. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with loved ones. He was a truly kind-hearted man, whose humor, thoughtfulness and selfless manner will always be remembered by his close family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Hilda (Rhoades) Hull (1936-2014), his sister Mira (Garner) Bielefeldt (1963-1997), his brother Kenneth L. Garner (1957-2012) and step-brother Scott W. Anderson (1970-1989). He was survived by his father James Garner and step-mother, Betty; his brothers Jerry and Michael; step-brother, Henry McKenzie, and a host of cherished nieces and nephews.
