Alan Jay Jackson, 27, passed away Monday, July 15, 1991 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born May 19, 1964 to Thomas Richard and Imogene Evans Jackson in Salt Lake City. He married Tori Annette Murray, November 19, 1983 in Ogden. He was a member of the LDS Church, Layton 5th Ward. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed working in the yard and working on cars.

Surviving are his wife and three sons, Scott Alan Jackson, Matthew James Jackson and Andrew Judge Jackson, all Layton; also surviving are his mother; two brothers and two sisters, Jerry D. Jackson and Carol Bergen, all Layton; Thomas R. Jackson, Jerome, Idaho; Mrs. David (Judy) Flint, Buhl, Idaho. Preceded in death by his father, one brother, one sister, Leland Jackson and Laura Lee Jackson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1074 No. Fairfield Road with Bishop Mel Peeples officiating. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Mortuary. Interment: Kaysville City Cemetery.
