He was born May 28, 1958 in Connersville, one of three children of Howard Leon and Barbara Ellen Trueblood Watson; he attended Connersville Schools – he was employed for more than fifteen years as an over-the-road truck driver; he was formerly married to Joyce McFall.
He married Susan Burge on January 13, 1992; Mrs. Watson survives; besides his wife, he is survived by eight children, April Zunun and Jacob Sherwood, both of Rushville, Melissa Watson and Tara Murnan and her husband Shaun, both of Shelbyville, Brandon Watson, Rusty Hendry and Cody Watson, all of Connersville, and Misty Watson of Skokie, Illinois, seventeen grandchildren, a sister, Kathy Howard and her husband Terry, a brother, Monte Watson, a niece, Kolina Howard, and a nephew, Josh Watson, all of Connersville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home, Rev. Chris Lovett, officiating; burial will be Lick Creek Cemetery – friends may visit anytime online at millermosterrobbins.com.
