KNOWLES, CLEVELAND
Age 80, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away Thursday, May 15, 1997 at his residence. Mr. Knowles was born on Pinder’s Long Island, Bahamas. A lifelong resident of Riviera Beach, FL. He was a commercial fisherman and 40 year member of Ironworkers Local #402.
Survivors include son, Douglas K. Knowles & Edythe of Miami, FL. Daughters, Marilyn Joy Grier & Charles of Lakeland, FL, Patricia Conrad & Harold of Pembroke Pines, FL, Crystal Olsen & Jerry of Phoenix, AZ, Leslie Fee & Steven of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; two sisters, Beulah Moree of Riviera Beach, FL and Hazel Sprague of West Palm Beach, FL; two brothers, Garnett Knowles of Riviera Beach, FL and Lincoln Knowles of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; sixteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by wife Lorraine 1995; sons Deems Devon and Grover Cleveland.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 20, 1997 at the Howard Funeral Home, 754 US Hwy 1, North Palm Beach at 10:00 am with the Rev. Earl Hungate of Country Estates Church of God, Palm Beach Gardens, FL officiating. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL. Friends may call at the funeral home chapel Monday, May 19, 1997 from 6 to 8:00 pm.
