Michelle was born May 8, 1983 in Merced to parents Michael and Jeanette Outten.
Michelle attended local schools in Livingston and Atwater and graduated from Livingston High School in 2001 and went on to earn an AA degree at Merced College. She later continued her studies and became an L.V.N. in 2009.
Michelle married the love of her life, Abney A. Sherman on September 8, 2007.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Jeanette Outten; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and friends; her biological parents, Kevin and Leslie; sister and her husband, Adrian and Jason; brother, Aaron and wife, Amy and their sons.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Abney; grandparents, Valentin and Fortuanta Abuan, Naomi and Hector Outten Jr; uncle, Hector Outten III; and aunt, Joyce Outten.
Visitation will be held Thursday October 2, 2014 3:00PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held Friday October 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Turlock Funeral Home with committal to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
