Armatha, affectionately called "Matha" was born in Bryan, Texas and was a life-long resident of the Brazos County area. She was married, 53 years, to Reverend L.E. Ross, who was pastor of Castle Heights B.C and St. Mark M.B.C. She remained a faithful servant at Castle Heights until her death.
Her Grand Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 7, at the Greater Tabernacle B.C, 907 Florida St., where Reverend Lawrence Hicks, Pastor, will be eulogizing her life. Respects may be made from 12 noon to 7 p.m. Friday, April 6, at Daniel and Son Funeral Home, 401 W. 18th St, Bryan, Texas. There will also be a viewing at the church Saturday, April 7, from 9 to 11 a.m., prior to the Grand Celebration Home Going Service at 11 a.m.
