He was the son of Jim and Marie Webb Buck, Johnson City.
He was a 1981 graduate of Elizabethton High School and a 1984 graduate of Milligan College. He attended the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences, Memphis, and graduated in 1989. Dr. Buck completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Bowman Gray Medical Center, Winston-Salem, and completed his Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Tennessee, Memphis.
Dr. Buck was a Board Certified Allergist and had been in private practice in Kingsport.
He was a member of the Colonial Heights Christian Church.
Funeral services was conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 1999 at Colonial Heights Christian Church.
Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 4, 1999 in the East Lawn Cemetery, Kingsport.
