Mr. Michael was a maintenance worker for National Homes Corp. from 1954 until his retirement in 1980. He was a member of Buck Creek United Methodist Church, and a 50-year menber of F&AM Transitville Lodge 425.
Surviving are a son, Larry Allen Michael of Houston, TX; five daughters, Karen Guffey (husband Richard) of Warsaw, IN, Dorothy Mays of Goshen, Dana O'Connor of Lafayette, Millie Hall (husband Darrell) of West Lafayette, and Christina Wenger (husband Ricky) of Wolcottville; a stepdaughter, Karen Muston of Newburgh; one brother, Ancel Michael of Mariposa, CA; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Kelly Cavanaugh.
