Son of William A. and Tizrah A. Carter Turner, he married Mary, was a salesman for a lock company, lived at 1440 1/2 Buffalo St, Franklin, died in Warren State Hospital where he had been 2 years, 8 months, 7 days, of broncho-pneumonia and epilepsy, per death certificate 114499, whose informant was W. Earl Biddle, MD, of the hospital. Buried Dec 18 1943.

Fred W. Turner of Franklin died Thursday afternoon after an extended illness. He was the son of William A. Turner and Tirzah Carter Turner. Surviving are his wife. Mrs. Mary Turner; a son, George Turner of Seattle, WA; a brother, Clarence Turner of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. C. A. Peterson of Franklin; and one grandchild.


He was a member of the First Presbyterian church. Funeral services will be conducted in the Burger funeral home Saturday at 3 pm and interment will be in Franklin cemetery.
