Craig S. Pearson, 52, of Morganton, NC went to be with his Lord on Sunday, September 28, 2014. Born September 20, 1962 in Burke County, NC, he was a son of the late Clarence “Bud” Pearson and Frieda “Laverne” Clark Arrowood. He attended Westview Baptist Church as a youth. Craig worked as a drywaller in construction, enjoyed raising chickens, and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Suzanne Pearson of the home; sisters, Kathy Waters of Claremont, NC, Debra Ramsey of Marion, NC, and Tammy Lail of Morganton; nephews, Billy Waters, Lawrence Causby, Doug Causby, Robert Pearson, and Jacob Lail; and numerous great-nieces and a great-nephew.
In addition to his parents, Craig was preceded in death by a brother, Buster Pearson; and a nephew, Kevin Waters.
