Paula Renee Harper was born to parent Betty J. Harper Johnson. Paula was reared in Chapel Hill community in rural Smith County, Texas. She attend Arp Elementary and Jr. High Schools in Arp, Texas. She graduated from Dallas, Texas, Spruce High School and from Business and Management Magnet High School in 1982. She is survived by her mother, her twin Carla Harper, and her 2 sons Jeremy and Joshua.
